1) If you are hungry, it is good. But if you already have digestion problems, especially bloating, it worsens it. This makes you not just full but bloated too. You cannot go for jogging or any workout as it stuffs you.

2) This fullbar does not have any protien for the price.

3) 9 grams of sugar is not very good.

4)Indian grocery shop sells 'puffed rice balls'. at least these indian stuff are tasier than full bar and about 10 for $2.00. try that. only drawback is packing will not be good.

In my opinion an apple OR banana with full tumbler of water is 100 times better. trust me. natural, less calorie, does not bloat you.

I bought the Peanut Butter Crunch Full Bars but the word 'crunch' is a misnomer. The bar is VERY tasty, perhaps almost too yummy and the aroma reminds me first of maple syrup. There is no crunch in this bar, but it is packed with plenty of moistness, flavor and satisfaction. Because of the high price of the bars I am not eating a whole one before a meal. I have the problem with not feeling full at dinner which is my last meal before going to bed. I was tired of waking in the middle of the night with hunger pains so I only eat a portion of the Full Bar with a lot of water 20-30 minutes before dinner.

I wish these bars were cheaper as I wouldn't be so miserly with them. I eat energy bars sparingly when I'm just absolutely hungry, but the Full Bars are much more satisfying in the long run. Just like someone else mentioned here, I'm not full initially after eating a Full Bar, but when it comes time to eat dinner I can't eat my normal amount. There's just no room in my stomach. I prefer buying the peanut butter crunch as the list of ingredients included brown rice syrup, honey, and no sugar. I think the other bars all have sugar.

When this was featured as a product on Shopnbc dot com, their website listed nothing but favorable reviews. After I started using the product, the reviews started to disappear and some were less favorable. I used the product for 3 weeks and this was my experience.

I sprinkled the product on all my food. After a few days, the thought of food started to make me sick to my stomach. I would, therefore, take a break and not sprinkle my food. One day, my co-worker asked what was in the product. I looked at the ingredients and saw Soy and Milk. I am allergic to soy and lactose intolerant. In spite of this, I continued to take the product and just upped my Lactaid pills. The sick to my stomach feeling returned.

After a while, I just couldn't take it anymore. The idea of SENSA seems like a good idea but making it with SOY and MILK; the two ingredients that cause most people intestinal problems seems like a huge mistake.

As for weight loss, I saw none. I ate just as much on SENSA; I just didn't enjoy eating while using the product.

Sensa doesn't contain MSG, but here is information on the main ingredient of SENSA; basically, SENSA is some type of filler starch. Too much of it will cause you to gain weight.

I bought this "blue box" Japan Rapid weight loss from japan2daylingzhidiet. I've only been taking this for 2 days, so even though it may seem like it's too early to tell, I can tell a difference. I bought this from a seller named ricandgrata [...] off ebay about 3 years ago and lost weight almost immediately. These pills were smaller in size and skinner too. It totally suppressed my appetite. With this order, I've been pigging out more than I normally do and that's a problem. My appetite wasn't suppressed at all. I'm almost done eating a whole loaf of cinnamon bread for goodness sakes... in one sitting! Gallons of water couldn't save this product. It just seemed like it was nothing more than sugar pills or at the very least, fiber pills as I did get loose stools after a couple of hours of taking it. I didn't lose 2 lbs at all, instead I gained 3.

I found this to be the best colon cleanse that I could find. I tried 5 diffrent ones and ended up throwing most of them away but this one was very affective. I really like the way this product makes me feel. I've been trying to reach my goal with Weight Watchers for more than five years on and off. Using the original formula I lost about 35 pounds over six months. It gave me the energy to actually start exercising. I started by walking and have now worked up to running five times per week. I have been looking over a bunch of supplements recently after reading about the effectiveness of an ECA stacker but not being able to readily find the ingredients to make it myself. Anyway, I have not used Metabolift but heard of it, so sorry if this messes up their rating but one thing I want to warn any women who are on any type of BC-- this product lists St. John's Wart as a main active ingredient-- it's used commonly as a mood improver and to ward off depression. I looked into St. John's Wart before, it is HIGHLY recommended NOT to take anything w.St John's if on any form of birth control pill or patch. It can absolutely negate the effects of the contraceptive. I'm looking into Ripped Fuel instead (good reviews) and possibly hydroxicut, but of course not if they too have St. John's Wart.

I started taking Hoodia Diet-Max a few weeks ago. I was very skeptic about buying it from amazon at that that price because on the hoodia website it says that if it's under 30.00 it's a scam. It's a scam because the people that sell it, dilute it so it's not as good. Is that the case with me, I don't know. I take this capsule 3 times daily...With exercise you can and will lose weight. When I took my first pill, I felt dizzy and sleepy. One of the other side effects is that you must take the pill 30 minutes before you eat. If you take it and don't eat, you'll get so hungry and you'll get sick.I guess because it's eating away at your fat and you lose energy. I'm not sure but it does work though. When I first started taking it, I was 141lbs. Now I am 138lbs. I use to do cardio every day and didn't lose a pound. Now with the help of this product, I'm steadyly losing weight. But if you want a faster result, you might want to try the Hoodia Pure which is like 50.00. I've heard that they work faster. But I'm happy with this product and will be buying from this person again.
