- Oolong tea, called Wu Long in Mandarian, is a Chinese tea which has been enjoyed for many centuries in China.- A recent Japanese research shows that daily consumption of Oolong tea (3-4 cups) is effective in the control of body weight. Oolong tea is a partially-fermented tea, beween green tea (unfermented) and black tea (fermented). When brewed, it turns to a golden amber and the flavor to a complex, invigorating cup.

This tea really helps with your diet.- It controls cravings and hunger.
I prepare a whole galon and put it on the fridge, then keep drinking it al day long with ice.- You can use a little lemon and artifical sugar.-

I ordered this because it was suggested by Kevin Trudeau [gonna do the HCG protocol and just trying to live healthier]. Guess this is suppose to be a healthy tea for us to drink? but it sure tastes ICKY- sorry. :-( I added honey or agave and it's drinkable. Good luck with that...
