My doctor suggested that I start taking multivitamins and also a colon cleanser. He meantioned this brand in 1 other that he has tried also, and liked. I tried the other first and wasnt impressed. This brand had a noticable effect. It was subtle at first, but over time, my bowel movements got much more regular and I was feeling my IBS symptoms anymore. I have found that I feel less sluggish but am not sure if it is because of this product. I do recommend it though.

I have had better luck with this product then with others that I have tried. It has a subtle effect, not drastic, on bowel habbits and movements. The rule of thumb with a good colon cleanser is that changes should be subtle and consitant. If you are trying a product that doesnt follow that then do not use it; it wont end up good for you. The price is reasonable but the 3 pack is a much better bargain.

I think different people have different needs with thier digestive system or problems that they may have. I was looking for a good, all around colon cleanser that I could trust, and that had effective ingredients in. I find this product to work very well for my needs. I just want a healthy digestive system/colon and I do not want it to change my bathroom habits at all. Colon cancer has run in my family line so I have colonoscopy checkups every 5 years. I had one recently and my doctor compared photos and results from 5 years ago and he said my colon looked better and healthier than it did 5 years ago. I have only been using this product for 4 months and am on my second set but my last colonoscopy was after I had been using it about 2 1/2 months. This is a nice mild colon cleanse that can be taken every day. I have been using this product for over a year. The original product was not to be taken daily but the formula has been improved so that it can now be a daily event. A good colon cleanse product should be subtle in its effects. You do not want to use one that gives you drastic changes because it is likely to be too harsh on your digestive track. I highly recommend this product.

The HBF-306C features two modes -- athlete and normal -- for accurate results. The device is a breeze to use, and it returns measurement results in seven seconds for both Bi method (Bioelectrical Impedance Method) and BMI (Body Mass Index). The unit displays the measured value of your body fat percentage through the BMI method, and indicates the body mass in for ranges from low, normal, high, and very high according to the BMI value.

What is the Bioelectrical Impedance Method?
Muscles, blood vessels and bones are body tissues having a high water content that conduct electricity easily. Body fat is tissue that has little electric conductivity. The Body Fat Analyzer sends an extremely weak electrical current of 50 kHz and 500 µA through your body to determine the amount of fat tissue. This weak electrical current is not felt while operating the Body Fat Analyzer. The Bioelectrical Impedance Method safely combines the electric resistance with the distance of the electricity conducted. Correct posture and consistent measuring conditions need to be maintained for the best results.

Operating the Analyzer
To use the HBF-306C you must first set your personal datYou must first select between the Normal and Athlete modes. To determine if you should select Normal or Athlete, you must calculate your FIT index by using the following formula:

• FIT Index = Frequency x Intensity x Time

Frequency is a single digit number from one to five that represents your frequency of exercise. If you exercise daily or almost daily, then use the number five; three to four times per week use four; one to two times per week use three; a few times per month use two; and for less than once a month use one. If you workout vigorously, then you use the number five to represent your intensity level; if you workout with moderate or light effort, use the number four.

Meanwhile, time is a single digit number from four to one that represents the duration of your workout. If you exercise for 45 minutes or more, then use the number four; 30-44 minutes use three; 15-29 minutes use two; and for less than 15 minutes use one. For example, if you run five times a week for 30 minutes, your FIT index would be 75 (5 x 5 x 3 = 75) and you would select the Athlete setting. If your FIT index is greater than 60, you should select the Athlete setting. Any number below would demand a normal setting.

After determining your FIT index and selecting between the Athlete and Normal setting, the remaining personal data is very straightforward. Simply enter your height, weight, age and gender. When all the data is fixed and stored, the analyzer screen will display "Ready," and you'll be ready to take your first body fat measurements.

Note: For the following cases, the body fat percentage measured by this unit may significantly differ from the actual body fat percentage.

Ok, this is mainly to go over some facts about Bioelectrical Impedance devices since many of the other people reviewing dont seem to have a clear understanding.

Devices such as these measure someones %fat by sending a small electrical signal through the body, and when measured along with an individuals height, weight, gender, and age, it can calculate within 4% of what a persons %fat is PROVIDED that they follow certain guidelines. That is the trick with BIA, the person must have met certain protocols in order for it to be as accurate as it can (which can still be at best up to 4% off).

*****In order for BIA to be accurate certain guidelines must be followed: *****

----No eating or drinking within 4hrs of assessment
----Avoid moderate/vigorous activity within 12hrs.
----Void (pee) completely before assessment
----No drinking alcohol within the past 2 days prior to assessment
----Ingest no diuretics within the past 7 days of the assessment

This device works off of the principle that electricity travels faster through the muscles (which are highly saturated with water) than through fat (which is hydrophobic.... meaning it doesn't like water). So no, you would NOT want to drink immediately before or even kind of before taking the BIA if you want to get a KIND OF accurate result.

I am not a huge fan of BIA since 90% of the people you would be having them use it for would not meet the guidelines, but it CAN give you a ballpark figure of someones %fat *IF* it is impossible to get their body composition by other means (for example skinfolds... provided you are good enough at them). These are best used for the more obese clients, or ones uncomfortable with being administered skinfolds or (if you are at a facility that even has this kind of equipment) things such as the bodpod or hydrodensitometry.

I bought this product 2 day diet from IVERIC and all it did was make me really drowsy and very hungry! I had the bottle ending in 5326 and when I opened the capsules the powder was a medium brown with little black particles, from what I read on forums the one ending in 8*** is the real one and the powder is pure yellow. I stop taking this product on the 9th day.

And i for one hate that special when its already hard to find diet pills that work i had a car accident and the engine came into the car and crushed my right leg and ankle I've been off work for five years three of the five was just learning how to walk again this is after the doctor told me i wouldn't be able to walk again but i am.

I purchased this item and expected more based on all the reviews that I had read. I used it for appx two weeks before giving up on it. Only lost a pound or two in two weeks; I could have done better on the South Beach diet. Side effects: I felt the dry mouth that I had read about. Didn't sleep well at the beginning, but then got used to it. Sometimes I felt an elevated heart rate. I even started exercising to increase the weight loss. I read about buying false pills and, although, the package seemed like what was the real thing, it was very disappointing. I also couldn't tolerate taking this diet pill in the morning with hot water....just couldn't do it. Hope everyone else is doing better than I did.
