Super cleanse 1 was to me by a girl I lived with for a couple of years. She and I both used it and really like it. She was a lot more motivated to try different products than I was but now and then, she would find something good and share it with me. Well, that girl is gone but I still use the product. It has helped me control my weight and just feel a whole lot healthier. If I am unhappy about what I ate over the last day or two, I use this product for a week or so to help clear everything out. The name seams a little silly but the product is good. There is a strong dose of Acai in the product which is just a nice added benefit. Its fun to experiment with different products once you finds some sellers that you like. Its a really nice buy for the money. I was recommended to this seller after choosing the homeopathic method. This seller answered my question and the product was received quickly.

My hunger levels were much less than I have experienced on other diets. What helped my motivation was seeing results. Other saw them too.

I found this product worked great at controlling my appetite. I am not completely lacking in self discipline, but I found the diet impossible to stick with because it simply was not satisfying - probably because of the lack of carbohydrates. The scary thing is that if you don't stick with the diet then supposedly you gain more weight just eating normally (i.e. eating carbohydrates) than if you weren't taking the stuff at all. I lasted for only two days. I think this probably could work for some people, but I could not stick with 500 calories a day.

The only side-effect I suffered was a little insomnia.

If you do this diet you must be prepared to stick to the long-term plan. The first 3 - 6 weeks of weight loss is easy. I lost 25 pounds in 27 days. The harder part is the following 6 week maintenance where you monitor your diet meticulously to ensure you don't regain what you lost.

This product worked well for me. I had none of the jittery side effects, but there was a little bloating. I have a problem with "elimination" & have taken Amitizia for it, which had me extremely sleepy when I took my 2nd dose at night & had me feeling HORRIBLY bloated. With this product, I do have fewer cravings & use the restroom every morning. I never feel really hungry, but since I know the importance of eating regularly, whenever I do eat I discover that I really was pretty hungry. All in all, I would say this is worth the money. I purchased this product by accident when I was really looking for the Ultimate Diet Cleanse. I can't wait to try that one, too.

This product is not worth your time or money. The pills are large, smelly, and hard to swallow. Once you finally get them down, it gets worse. They made me jittery, dizzy, and nauseous. I would feel terrible the entire day. I used the pills precisely as instructed until I had (almost) finished the bottles (couldn't get those last ones down!). I did not lose any weight, but even if I did, it would not have been worth it.

This is the first Hoodia product I have ever bought, and I was skeptical to try it, but it has been working GREAT! I have been taking it for about two weeks, and in the last week I have lost about a pound a day! I have just been trying to lose like 12 pounds for the last year, but I have not been able to do it. I eat healthily and exercise, but I just never feel full, so I guess I eat too much in one sitting. The Hoodia helped me eat less and then not feel like I'm starving. I count my calories too, and one day I ate less than 1000 calories and felt fine. It's good stuff, and I am so glad that I found it. I am on my second bottle and have found my appetite getting smaller over time. I tried a different product a long time ago but wasnt impressed. At least this product works a lot of the time for me. I was happy to see that it was pure Hoodia and not mixed with junk, like some of the brands that I checked out and decided not to buy in the past. Hoodia has a subtle effect for me that I really like so it makes me trust it a lot more than if it was someting where there was a huge change all at once. I will probably buy more when I use this up. The time release feature is very important for getting the maximum benefit of it. I didnt feel any negative side effects whatsoever. My main criticism of it is that it takes up a lot of room in my medicine cabinet because it is 3 separate bottles and I dont have a lot of room but it is a lot for the money.

I bought a pack of three bottles to try. I felt absolutely no change in appetite even after many days of use. The only effect I could attribute to it was a tingling sensation in my intestines one night when I made the mistake of taking the pills right before bedtime. It wasn't painful, but it did prevent me from being able to sleep for several hours. Not fun.

I contacted the seller who seemed quite happy to credit me for any unopened returned bottles (hence two stars instead of just one). That's nice, but returning stuff is a pain, so I ended up chucking 2.5 bottles of these pills into the garbage.

I suspect these pills are a waste of money for the majority of people. If you insist on trying them I recommend you purchase one bottle so you have less to throw in the trash afterwards.
